  1. Body & breath awareness: connecting with the breath, being present for the body, making time to listen and feel

  2. Releasing tension: acknowledging different types of tension, learn the ‘tension-release’ exercises

  3. Self-regulating: ADHD & self-regulation, learn to activate the right vital energy for your needs

  4. Stress & the nervous system: nervous system fundamentals breath, intention and energy regulation

  5. Dealing with overwhelm: strategies for staying in control when everything becomes too much, learn the ‘anchor technique’ to keep you grounded whenever you need it

  6. Overcoming impulsivity: learn to recognise impulse sensations & triggers, develop effective strategies to overcome impulsivity
