Because I’ve been there too. As a late-diagnosed ADHD adult and a mother of two neurodivergent kids, I have experienced all the ups of downs of having a differently wired brain. I have first hand experience of the overwhelm, emotional swings, procrastination, & limiting beliefs that often keep ADHD adults paralysed. Add to that navigating life transitions like menopause, career changes, and self-employment - I’ve been there too.
Using a holistic, trauma-informed approach that blends mind-body practices with therapeutic coaching, I help you untangle old patterns, find clarity, and regain emotional balance. Together, we reconnect you with your authentic strengths and create practical ways to support yourself.
